    I am looking for an expert who can assist in migrating our Oscommerce platform to another Multi-store platform. I need a good and expert advise on which other multi-store platform I can use which is reliable, stable and cost effective with all kind of customizations options available to us.

    I recommend you look at either Magento or OpenCart as options. They both offer 'Multi Store' as a feature of their platform plus there are plenty of available extensions and/or modules to customize your site. I'm not developer so I can't help you with installing either of them. I can recommend someone if you need a reference to install the cart for you.
