Buying I Am Looking for Some Bug Fixes in A XHTML Template [Paying $40 USD]

I have recently been designing a HTML template for a client and am close to being done before sending it to a programmer to finish the project. However I have noticed several small errors that I do not have time to fix. The whole package of pages is about 35 but the errors Lye in mostly in the CSS so it wouldn't be too hard of a job to do. What I would like is:
The pages to display correctly in all browsers:
for it to be WC3 compatible (It is almost already)
and for any changes to be made to the code to improve performance/or to replace anything outdated.

Right now some examples of the errors would be columns not displaying in the right place in older browser. Some of the elements become un-styled for some reason in older browser. As I said I will pay $40 USD for these changes to be made, we can discuss payment when I find some.
I would like to get started ASAP so if you are qualified to do this work email me.

    or PM me
(Please be qualified and not just beginning xhtml, Looking for someone who can do quality changes and WC3 validation)
