Hi. I am looking for web designer for possible long term relationship. Few projects a month. First of all I am looking for reliable web designers, those that have serious work ethic. Meaning meeting deadlines and no false excuses etc etc. You know if you are one. Don't waste yours and mine time if you know that you don't have great work ethic I am thinking of pay per project partnership, but if you have something else in mind we can discuss. Thanks for PMs. Half of the people who sent me even did not manage read the thread, many sent copy paste message not even related to what I need... Thanks for the rest of you "real" people who contacted me. So far I did not find a partner yet. It was either I did not like the protfolio or the rates were out of my range. So I am still looking.
