i am looking for newsleeter services

    i want to promote my site by newsletter.
    i need someone with that have mass email (legitimate) that i can cut by:
    tld of the email (xxx.ca, xxx.dk....) so i can know from where the user is.
    and if the user have site or blog.
    if you can do this services send me email.
