    Hi,

    I am looking for a WordPress Theme exactly like this site: dolbear.com. This site is not in WordPress.
    By exctly I mean;

    1. When ever the page is open we can see the map in the right pane
    2. The other pages can be visited at ease, there is a drop down over each menu.
    3. The theme donot have to be free, I can buy theme also.

    OR if anyone can design a theme like this within $50, I can buy it. Dont have to design from scratch choose a theme and tweak it to make it similar to this site dolbear.com
