    I am looking for a wordpress theme with following :

    3 column
    white background - black fonts
    Both sidebars on same side..

    In short looking for free themes like endgadget, gizmodo, techcrunch.com etc.. style..

    Any such free theme available ?

    to customize the ads panel, just edit header.php from you admin section. That part is commented so you will find it easily.
