I am looking for a Webdesigner I have a budget of 1000-2000

I am trying to create an all in one Website that sells traffic, ebooks, has a forum, has a blog, gives away free html tools, gives free html help. And I want it all automated and working through my paypal account. It must look amazing and convert to sales. If your company is up to this task please pm me and perhaps we can work something out. TimeFrame is not important as long as the site is done to specifications. My budget is 1000-2000 and not a penny more.

Take a look at my site freelancecms.org there is a portfolio there, as long as you can supply the content needed my turn around time may be around 3-4 weeks, as i work alone.

I can integrate paypal into all items that you are wishing to sell via your website.
