I am looking to have a designer work for me on a per job basis. I have a very small hosting company (from a vps server) and I mainly host people that are local. I have tons of people always asking for websites and I can't seem to find anyone good to provide this service to my customers. I am not trying to get someone cheap and inexperienced but at the same time I don't want someone with outrageous rates as I want to also make money off of this service that I will offer to people.

Please PM me a contact info (i usually use gmail for IM) or write down a any questions here about anything you have or maybe write down some sample sites that you have made.

    Thank you

In this thread, you really should specify what you want.

Design? Like, stuff graphicky people do in Photoshop? Codey stuff like Actionscript3 in Flash plus the animation skills?? Something else?

Build websites: is this HTML, CSS and Javascript, or is this also back-end stuff: PHP/whatever, Apache, MySQL/Databases?

We don't know what country you or your customers are in, so we have no clue what you deem "expensive" and what you deem "cheap". There's a world of difference between London and New Delhi.

We don't know what these customers want for websites. CMSes? Static Mom and Pop businesses? Fancy interactive Flashy stuff?

It's a bit of a waste (of your time) to have a bazillion people ask these same questions, most of which could maybe be anticipated, when you could have posted a bit more info at the get-go publicly. I'm just saying. A lot of people would know not to bother PMing you if they don't have, say, the required jQuery skills (or just don't want to work with it), as an example.

Thats true, the price would be much different mate, $100 job might not mean anything to a designer/programmer in london but may not be the case in delhi.

all matters how much you are willing to spend....remember, the more you pay, the harder the designer will work to make your projects extravagant
