I am looking for a URL shortening script.

Hi,i would like to setup a url shortening site i have a domain that i can use Twurlit.com which i feel is a reasonably easy name to remember and a dedicated server but the thing that i am still having trouble with is a script that can be used for this project it has to be one that we can do a custom job although not to over the top but just to be able to make it look unique.Free scripts maybe acceptable but its not my 1st choice the main option that i am looking at is a unique script with maybe just a few copies sold to ofset the expense of building the original script in the 1st place.

I think the option of having one made for me is a none starter due to the high expense but if someone has made one for them selves and is selling a copy that the prefered route as long as i have a little support just incase anything goes major wrong with it.

So does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this one this one please and if you have any sites up and running showing the script in action that would be a massive help.

I am urgently requiring a url shortening script i am not sure what route to take either get a unique custom one made or one that has been made but the owner is selling say 2-3 copies i think the latter option would be the best as i feel getting a custom made one would be way to much money.

I have everything ready to go for this project like the artwork and dedicated server etc its just the script that is causing me grief at the moment.

We finally sourced a nice little script and its up and running at long last http://www.twurlit.com the only thing we have to do over the weekend is fine tweak it and add a small subtle adsense advert up the top very similar to DP i guess,the site has been installed a fast dedicated server so that it should be fast.Some feedback would be nice on how the site performs would be most welcome.
