I am looking for a tutorial on creating a specific type of nav

    I was wondering if there were any tutorials or even jquery plugins for creating nav that is much like the nav at http://ESPN.com where when you hover over the link in the nav, it brings up a very robust subnav with articles, images links etc...

    Another example would be if you went to http://www.npr.org/ and clicked on the link that says "programs" in their nav. It brings up a subnav with that has more links that a regular subnav.

    those are basically drop down mega menus, I know alot can be done with jquery or javascript but would like to look for some tuturials as well.

    This can also be done trough CSS although it will be a bit more complicated .
