I am looking for a tool, sends me a phone message when I have a Sale or Support?

Hi all,

I hope this is the correct thread for this question.

I have a Web Development and Web Hosting business, its nothing to big, up until just recently I have only hosted development clients web sites etc.
I just finished building my main web site and started advertising web hosting and development.

My problem is that I would hate to miss a support question or a potential client trying to register a service with me.
I have heard of some people that received a instant phone message when a sale is made or a support question is asked.

Does anybody know of such a tool?
any assistance would be appreciated

go to uncle Google and ask it about "web sms service" and "PHP SMS"
you should be up in no time

I did some searches before posting my original post, Uncle Google didn't like my keywords...
