I am looking for a script but am uncertain of the required language.....

I need a script that will open internet explorer windows and run a flash chatroom, keep the window active and be able to run multiples at a time with a random timer for closing and opening windows.

As it's a chatroom might also want to have a bit where one of the windows occasionally says something to the room from a pre selected list of phrases (txt file).

Any ideas?
