I am looking for a quad core. i use about 20mbps with all my sites, the issue is i have people using the proxies sending out emails / spamming, turning off web mail doesn't work, and my current host wants to turn off the server,any suggestions?

I've had issues like this in the past with clients on dedicated servers, I assume that you got spam reports sent to you, with the e-mail headers. Try looking for where it was actually sent from - then setup a block in your script so you can't actually browse that domain. I'd suggest setting it up for popular e-mail sites and the ones from the spam reports, they won't be able to send it then .
DO NOT go with singlehop.com if you will receive complaints etc.. We had 1 spam complaint and they shut down our server. Otherwise they were great.
For your proxies? You are going to have big problems. PM me your budget ill tell you who we use for these kind of servers since we get a lot of spam complaints also (since we have proxy hosting).
well lets hope not... i paid extra for managed support, and i was also upfront with them about the spam issues.
