Hi DP members, Your input will be very much admired. A client's pal has a wordpress blog. Every time he makes a post, it emails directly to the people who have signed up on his site. Do you know how I can do that too? Is there a plug in to install? I'm assuming I'd need to change the opt in also. Thanks a lot! Cheers, ML
Here is a couple of plugins from Wordpress repository: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/email-subscription/ http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/subscribe2/ You need to have a new opt-in set up for this. Not sure if the latter one allows to import existing email list.
Why don't you use feedburner service? Submit your website feed on feedburner and done. There are many tools included in feedburner service such as traffic analytics and history. You can also set a "cron job" if you wish to send emails to your subscribers.
