    Is there such a plugin or theme? I wish to offer auction website through wordpress. I found more auction theme example: http://sitemile.com/products/wordpress-auction-reverse-auction-theme/ or http://www.premiumpress.com/auctiontheme/ but is not intended for sale website.

    You can purchase the wordpress plugin from http://sitemile.com/products/wordpress-auction-reverse-auction-theme/. After that you can hire developer to customize according to you requirement.
