    I am looking for a part time/ full time web designer from India or Phillipines

    he should create simple web pages like http://www.infoseminarsclub.com

    should have basic html knowledge

    should build pages using NVU software which is a free download

    should have own computer and internet connection

    should have good english- MUST

    Hi , i am amritesh from india, .... i have a good knowledge of HTMl , CSS and photoshop .... i can create websites like those for sure ... currently i don't have a portfolio to show but i assure u of being able to create sites like u have mentioned ....

    the page you gave as example would cost you hardly 20$
    you can expect a discount if the work is simple and total page quantity high.
