    I am Looking for a Offshore VPS which allows proxy and Adult sites.Looking for some what cheap prices (around $25) and my requirements given below.

    Should be of 512-768MB Dedicated RAM
    1024MB Burstable RAM
    50-70GB Space
    600-800 GB bandwidth @ 100mbit speed
    1 IP Address

    I am with Lacehost.com since a long time, you can check them out. The owner is very helpful and it's the cheapest Quality webhosting I have ever used. Try it.

    Thanks for the reply mate..I have checked their plans,but they dont have VPS hosting plan i think.They do have proxy hosting plans,but i need offshore VPS with adult and proxy sites allowed.Thanks...

    You can talk to the owner.. his name is Ishan. I am in contact with him, he gives VPS , you can check out if you can get a customised plan..

    If you are still looking for the web hosting solution I would recopmmend you have small dedicated sever for that instead
