does a good niche really exist? I think its best you get into something you love to do, and then promote that. because no matter what you think is a good niche, then chances are someone is at least doing it. i do agree, it just cant pull anything down to sell if anyone can just get it out walmart, it does somewhat need to be unique... stick with it, promote it, stick with it, promote it...
you can easy make money with 3k. Build a huge unique plr then sell it. i guess you will rake the money.
I appreciate this, yes this is true, if you promote the site by some methods and you are getting users give value to them. You can easily earn $300 with an investment of $3k-$4k in both site preparation and advertisement expenses. Select one area where the competition is less ( good luck to find one such area) and prepare a good site , prepare it properly do not launch in half way, then promote and manage it regularly.
Hmm, 1000usd is a lot much buddy. You just work hard , promote it , with buying banner spots , adwords , e.t.c Choose the niche which suits you best with your interest.
There is no quick money untill you have an original idea. If your target is $ 300.00 - $ 500.00 per month then i think you need to revisit your plan. Think something good which will really grow you big. If you are planning for a business then think positive. Coming to your question you can earn the mentioned amount by starting your own blog contribute original content unique content which attracts visitors once you have good visitors you can expect to earn the said amount. But allow atleast 2 - 3 months of time to reach to that level. You need to promote your blog too. Make a plan and a right kind of strategy and then think of getting returns. I think before you invest.You should learn more about internet Marketing and niche marketing. If you have enough knowledge then only you invest money other wise you will waste your 1000$.So before investing try to get maximum knowledge of the marketing.

What I would do is learn how to place ads, and purchase a useful site off DP. I purchased a couple sites off DP (and you have to find ones that you can work with: Either blogs that are made, that you know about so you can expand on, or sites like the ones in my sig (I got 2 off of DP, padcraze and docmazy). Then after you spend around $200-$300 for your site, SEO it, buy some Alexa traffic (you can also do this off DP) and start a PPC advertising. I think that is best way to go about it.
