I am looking for a neebies guide to affiliate marketing?

    I am a little lost on what to do I just signed up for my first affiliate site and don't know where to start. Is a landing URL my URL. If I promote that will I get paid. Or is that just what it looks like if they click the ad?
    Just need some help on where to start.

    Signup with MoreNiche and you will find there tons of beginner guides to help yoo start in affiliate marketing + they really help and guide the newbies on their forum.

    Thanks guys for your help I am looking for information specifically on how to build the site. I know html and css so would have no problem putting a site together but I am not getting the concept. Are we making a site based on one affiliate ad (like a free sample of gateraid). I am just a little confused, if someone has any examples of what they do that would be awesome!

    In fact this is a good spot for a little plug

    <self indulgent plug> I am currently working on a package of eBooks and software that will help someone just starting out....or someone struggeling a little bit.
