I am willing to pay for a list of TopList (ranking, vote) sites where you submit your site and you get a vote code, link to place within your site where your members can rank and or vote for you by following the link. Looking for as many as possible. Paying $0.20 per link. 100 links = $20.00 This can probably be done scrapping the engines, and making searches I just haven't got the time.
