I am looking for a free legitimate pay per leads program. Actually I have tried some Affiliate Program(pay per leads) but I think they were just scam. Anyone?? thanks I want a proven one..

Most of the legit pay-per-lead programs are mostly available though affiliate networks such as Linkshare, Shareasale and CJ
I cannot find Pay Per Lead from those site. They only offer Commission or Pay per Sale.. but ok I will try to look Pay per lead to look one.. thanks

Commission Junction is the best affiliate network online and while many members of the forum will probably claim that they don't have enough CPA or Pay-Per-Lead programs; I've been very happy with the Commission Junction partners and there are many many top publishers that will pay you on a per lead basis. Commission Junction has no referral program and therefore it's less recomended in my experience. However, CJ hosts not only credible advertisers but some of the best creatives, tracking, payment processing and overall; it's a top affiliate network and one with a lot of earning potential. Funny how when I read this, your post count was 666. It is a decent affiliate program, but not the best by any stretch.
I guess it depends on your niche... For me, it's all about the advertisers & tools they offer publishers. Specifically, I've found some of the best coupons and promotional offers online avaliable to their affilaites. As someone may have already mentioned, they also have a huge product database that makes it easier to promote products that relate closely to your niche.
