I have an Underground Music site that is only in it's 3rd month and on pace for 1300 unique visitors. With the right tech person and my vision, it could easily get 150,000 uniques a month in about 2-4 years. There are tons more I'm wanting to do with the site but it's already getting bigger than I can handle. I'm not looking to pay someone to build me a site and then not be unable to get in contact or pay more when something goes wrong. This would a partnership.
