I need a good dedicated server with the following requirements:
    hard drive: at least 10gb
bandwidth: at least 2000gb(it be great if it is unlimited).
    Must allow proxies!
    Budget $70/month or under.

    For vps server:
    Must allow proxies!
    hard drive: at least 10gb
    bandwidth: at least 2000gb
    Budget under $30/month.

I prefer unlimited bandwidth and at least 99.9% uptime. Dedicated server or vps is fine(whichever one is cheaper). Thank you.

But those aren't the only things you have to loo for when choosing a VPS/Dedi.

If I were you, I would look more into getting as much RAM and CPU (or CPU share) as possible, as this is what will definitely make your VPS/Dedi faster and better. Of course having your BW/HD requirements fulfilled.

    Regards!

There's no dedi with 10 gb space ;)

Go with a managed dedi from a reputable company, get them to optimize it for Proxies and make sure you get good support.

You wont get a good dedi with that price, maybe a P4 or Pentium D

    and goes for VPS

Then I personally recommend you to get as much RAM as possible, and a pretty good CPU.

i did a search and found many dedi servers under $50 that offers more than 20gb space and i thought i can find better one. Do you mind suggesting a reputable company? I don't mind paying about $200 for a very good server.

If you have the budget I would go with a dedicated server.

If its just for proxies, it can be hard to setup, secure and optimize a dedicated server, I recommend a proxy account!

Take a look at: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1099493 - There isn't nearly as much bandwidth as you need - But you could give it a go.
