I am looking for a dedicated or virtual dedicated server that supports FFMPEG

    If your budget is between $150-200, I might be able to help you find a dedicated server. I don't think I've seen any VPS that do the conversions.

    incdeveloper 100 giga of traffic is not much if you are going to run video sharing sites.
