    I need a coder who can code a design for me.

    Sliced, photoshopped to CSS, HTML.
    If you ask more than enough please don't bother, i only need a serious coder who can work for cheap .
    The design is sliced and ready for coding.

    good offer but i dont know why you stress on the word CODING
    Now a days coding is no where needed. You can get your work done with list of available IDEs.
