    I want to have something like this:

    PHP:
    but I want it to have a timer... or delay to avoid blockage or etc... and also an alternate API KEY...

    for example... first 100 links use API KEY 1... the next 200 links use API KEY 2... and so on...

    also... I want it to upload a .txt file... and shorten them..

    and I also want the shortened links to be in a .txt file or downloadable one...

    so it will be a PHP SCRIPT...

    for example...

    www.shortenmyurlsinbulk.com/go.php
    Code (markup):

    then I will upload a .txt file...

    5000urls.txt

    and I want all the urls shortened... and saved into shortened5000urls.txt and can be downloaded...

    same concept applies when shortening the urls...

    first 100 links will be shortened with API KEY 1... and next 200 links will be shortened using API KEY 2... and SO ON...

    My budget on this is $25 to $50...

    please INBOX ME...

    I do not want it discussed here... this will be a private script for me only... and not public...

    I will request this thread to be deleted after the project is done...
