I am looking for a budget Email Service Provider or Softwareto broadcast newsletters

    Hi, I have a small list of 1000 opt-in emails and I am looking for an email service provider or a software to send emails with good pricing.

    I have used software to send emails before, but I imagine that EMS have more deliverabilty, don't you think so?

    Do you have any suggestions?
