    Why did you wait for 60sec..huh.. thats too slow. I think your site has a problem. Google started indexing when I was writing the post in the my WP admin.:):p

    If you ping the major blog networks i.e. Feedburner your posts will be almost immediately indexed by Google. This is not news.

    Blogger blogs get indexed really quick because google owns them.
    I don't usually search right away after posting but have had a brand new blog showing in searches in less then half an hour.

    I could see the Google and Yahoo! index in a minute or less... explaining an MSN index in 20 seconds... hmm.. they're usually really slow. I'd say that they don't like indexing anywhere near that... more like 20 minutes.. and in some cases 20 days..

    I didn't know it was a known fact, but I try real hard to make sure google scan a new page of mine before the scrapers can get their scripts onto it.
