Try the WP-DBManager plugin. It saved my site when my database got corrupted. It has a repair function. You might also try Backup Buddy. Does automatic backups and they can go back for weeks. Also check with your hosting company if you don't have your own backups. They might have some. And/or use the export function to save as many pages as possible and then start over again.
