    I am in panic mode since Google Penguin.. All my sites got hit hard, so I ask you.. where can I go from here, and how to get my traffic back fast?? :confused::confused::(

    There must be a reason why all your sites are hitted quited hard (breaking new SEO rules?). Read the Google penguin post on the Google blog and you might find the reason you got hit.

    The only way to get relief from Penguin tension is to work hard for your site. Develop fresh and unique content and update that in regular basis. You have to work hard to create some quality backlinks as well. Don't be panic, just work hard.

    Keep adding quality content, and create do follow backlinks that are relevant and have differing anchor text.
