I am in need of a web designer (CSS, PHP?, Graphics, Flash?)

    I am in need of a designer who thinks designing using CSS is easy. Ok, well maybe you don't have to think it's easy :D, but you do have to be able to create great looking designs using CSS, be a whiz with making "clean" web ready graphics, and an added bonus you know how to create awesome looking, but well compressed, flash presentations.

    Exceptions:
    Flash. I can look past it if you are unable to do flash as I can post here on DP to find someone, but all in one is best.
    PHP. As long as you can skin a blog to fit the theme of the main site we are ok. I can have my local programmer do the other plugins, but if you know enough about wordpress loops than we are ok.

    I have a site right now that will have 16 total static pages.
    The home page will have a custom flash file, I will give you some ideas you will need to be able to have the creative gumption to put something together.
    I need a wordpress blog installed and possibly just skinned to the site itself. I prefer if you know the ins and outs of working with the wordpress loop, if not see the exceptions above.

    Please post here and than send me a PM. I need examples of your tableless designs, live please, no PSD’s. Also I need to know your typical rates. Here’s the thing this project once completed IMMEDIATELY means five more if we can complete this in a timely manner and get the look and feel that we are looking for out of this design.

    If you have under 5 Itrader, payment will be made once the site is delivered, this may be negotiable, but if you look at my itrader, I pay promptly and reuse a lot of services.

    I will be working with you on this basically working on pages to add content. I can design in CSS, just not completely tableless so I will be able to mod the content.

    Im available on AIM, MSN, and Yahoo. I typically keep “offshore” hours meaning if you are in Europe or Asia Im up when you are. Payment through paypal.
