I am in India, and my clients can't send me money on my PayPal recently.

I'm from South Africa been trying to send payment to indian client and its failed

 

If the payment is really from USA then you would certainly receive it, Just go through your profile once and check if everything is good to go.

 

personal payment can not sent from in paypal also now days us paypal user facing too so here must need to wait and try later to pay someone

 

I am from india and I know
Indian paypal customer can not receive personal payment and inter country payment.

 

There might be uses in thier side and yeah one thing you need to take of that is you need to receive it as services and not as personal gift

 

happens with me too yesterday, send that paerson payment request, and u will get the payment.

 

By which method you tried to send the payment?

Many clients have paid me from SA...

I have had no issues with getting these payments.
