say that you didn't realise the file had a virus,and that he reported you because you are 'enemies' or however you put it ,and say hes reported you so you would get in trouble,not because youv'e actually done anything wrong BUT IM TELLING YOU , YOU WON'T GET IN TROUUBLE ANYWAY THEY WONT CARE!

Im sorry, but what a hell is cyber crime? And please dont say that´s a company that checks for activities like sending virus and then goes at your home to arest you...please. I imagine you´re from India and thats a democracy... Just one more thing, not arresting you or closing your internet account is one thing but dosent mean you should do that.
It is highly unlikely that you get a call unless the problems you inflicted on your enemy's PC is really really serious. If you get the call, accept defeat and surrender. Enjoy!!!!
Tell what you did and hope they will let you off, theres not much you can do. If they want to find there going to find you. I find it unlikely that they would target a person who sent 1 virus... I just hope you learned your lesson that it is insane to send a virus to someone. In all honesty I hope karma comes and bites you in the ass and ruins your computer.
