I am horrified to be banned by adsense. Please see if I am doing this correctly.

    I would lose the heading 'Find something relevant to what you are searching for' from just above the ads - it could be seen as an incitement to click the ads.
    There's only a couple of headings you can use for ads - you'll need to look them up, I think 'Sponsored Links' is one of them.

    By the way, on some pages (not the homepage) you need to scroll left-right on your site (my monitor is 1024) - which is pushing the ads off the right hand side.

    Thanks. Rep added. I know that their is a problem with the layout and Im trying to fix it. Also thanks for the advice. :) It helped me a ton.
