Hello Guys, I own an online business for selling different copy writing products to people around the globe. I need 2-3 writers to join my team due to an increase in work volumes which I can't handle with my current pool of writers. The payout rate is $5 per 1000 words. The concept of the business is to provide quality product for affordable prices. This means that we tend to have constant volumes of work. The average volume per writer varies between 18k and 100k of words per month. The work flow process is done through an online work management platform which is custom built. Each writer has a login area where he is able to see the new assignments, then to assign one to himself and start working on it. It might be best to post this in the Content Creation forum. I'd watch out though, at the rates you're offering you'll likely get absolutely terrible writers. $5/1000 words won't get you a native English speaker, or even a skilled non-native speaker.
Thanks for the opinion. Like I said I own a business which has an established pipeline with work volumes. This is not a "one article" job, its a long term stable source of work.
Nobody will work for that, standard rates are around $0.05 cents per word, or at least thats what I'm used to.
