    Hi all,

I am very happy to be a member of DP because I have learnt a lot from all of you. Thank you so much for your support.

At the moment, I am having trouble with payment by credit card from our clients. There were 2 options that we offer our clients are bank transfer and payment by credit card offline.
I think there is nothing to say about bank transfer, you just need to go to the bank then send the money to our company's bank account. But it is not convenient for the client because he/she needs to go to the bank to do it. So most of clients prefer payment by credit card.

However, the problem with credit card payment is that we need to get all information about the credit card of our clients in the Authorization letter and Letter of Aproval. It is definitely not safe any more but our bank (Most of the banks in Vietnam) requires this information.

In addition, it takes at least 4 or 5 working days for the bank to carry out the transaction. Sometimes, our clients need to receive something such as electronic airline tickets on time but because it takes too long for the bank to carry out the transaction so it causes trouble for us and for the clients as well.

Further more, the bank only credit our bank account with a half of the total money in advance while we have to pay the service providers the full money (We are a travel agency) so it is not good for our business any more.

Recently, we have been using Moneybookers as another option to accept credit card payment from our clients but the problem is that it takes also 2 or 3 days for Moneybookers to verify our clients account, then it also limits the money that our clients can upload to the account. Therefore, for a big amount of money, say $1000 or more, our clients could not pay us by Moneybookers.

We also thought about Paypal but Paypal does not allow businesses in Vietnam to withdraw the money from our Paypal account.

I am thinking if the clients can pay us by Paypal then we send the money from Paypal account to Xoom account then from Xoom to a bank? Is this possible?
I am very confused so this is the only solution that I can think of now.

I also do not know if the Paypal limits the amount that our clients can upload?

Please kindly let me know your idea. I am very confused now.

    Thanks for your kind help!
    Albert

Also how much money Moneybookers allow you (normal account as we are merchant account) upload to your Moneybooker account? How about Paypal?
