This error is because you are getting output before the line of redirecting page. You can use java script refractors code instead.
I'm getting the same message. I checked my sitemap and it seems that submissions.ask.com is down. I even typed in the url and it couldn't connect to the server. That's probably why that message popped up. Usually when I publish post it's fine. This is the second time this message popped up when I tried to publish a post. Does your posts still publish on the site? Mine does.
