    Hey,

I am having a hell of a time getting impressions let alone clicks. Would this have anything to do with my daily budget of $4 or my bids at 0.15?

Just starting out and don't want to waste all my money before I figure everything out.

    Thanks,

    depends on your niche...

you may be underbidding to get any good positions for the keywords your aiming for

use the keyword estimator to help you decide what an appropriate bid is

    https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox

also with a $4 budget, you probably will not get many clicks or impressions in the first place and google may simply turn your campaign off

I actually have nearly same problem with mckay.
I started a new campaign, daily budget is $30 and bid is $0.10.
I read help and learning center, and I optimised my keywords according them, but I still get too little impression and click.

    any suggestion are welcome!
    thanks

I only have a daily budget of $2, but I give a maximum bid as $0.5, and I got thousands of impressions and 3-4 clicks per day. The daily budget will control how long your ad will be showing, and the bid price will decide whether your ad will be showing. You shall try google's other ad options except placing your link in its searching page. My experience is that target placement advertising will give you good performance, and use picture to replace the text link will be much better.

Sounds like your bidding too low to get any impressions. When starting a campaign your better to start bidding high to get more impressions and a higher CTR - then test and adjust the bid amount once you have a good CTR.

If you have a poor CTR and your bids are too low its not in googles interest to show your ads.
