Hi i currently only use article marketing for marketing my clickbank products. I make about 50 a week. I really want to start a website again and want to build it up so it takes in around $100 a day. I am planning on creating a review site for the ps3 fix niche. I am going to give a review of ps3 light fix and compare to the other two products and rate all three. I have attempted a website wordpress blog before and it didnt work out as i could not get any traffic to it. Here are my questions and i hope i can get real support along the way. 1) i want to build backlinks by posting articles to ezine articles, pr log, go articles, ideamarketers, and a few to squidoo and hubpages. I will make one main article submit it to ezine articles and then rewrite it for the other directories. My question for this is how many of these should i create a day? 2) So when creating my review site should i just have a main page and then also post articles to it or just leave it as one review page? 3) How long will it take for me to get steady traffic to my site? 4) does anyone have a template that i can use for the website or know where i can get one from. thanks trusteddigital
1) Write articles steadily, its not important how MANY you submit, rather how good they are and that you are consistent with submitting. Some make a killing only putting in ONE article a day. 2) Always put some articles on it too. If you have a simple, static site at least link to a two or three articles for the topic on your site. BETTER: You use wordpress and make your review site on wordpress, and then submit a bunch of articles to the site..while your main sales page (front page) can as well stay static. Articles == Content...always good! 3) Depends. Once site is done you need to build links and do some b.acklinking to get traffic. Submit articles, etc..etc.. In SEO, nothing happens overnight. Give it a few months. It also depends what keywords you choose and how the articles/your site ranks in google of course.
There is no point of building backlinks if you do not aim for a specific keyword. Do some research of your competitors and see how many backlinks and how much content you need to beat them. Also, check how much traffic the keyword generates, you will most likely not get any consistent traffic from your keyword(s) untill you rank in the top 3 on google. Also, most reviewing sites are not that popular. The majority of your visitors will be from other competitors trying to make their own reviews of the product.
okay, you plan sounds good but not complete. Only submitting articles to Ezinearticles is not going to help. You need to invest a lot in other means of article marketing too. I would suggest that you use UAW and link your UAW articles to your Ezinearticles. Use social media marketing tools like twitter and facebook and if possible have 1,000 p[lus fans and followers on both. Your SEO strategy will matter a lot. I have technology website and my website pages appear on the first page of Google within 5 minutes. You need to adopt a similar strategy or better.
