Should i treat the content like an article for SEO purposes? Should i promote just one product or is it smart to sell multiple products on the page? I'm thinking of creating a twitter account for some of my projects too, but i know how Twitter works B)
There are different options. I would start with one produc, create a fan page an start inviting likes, posting making comments on your own page but also someone else's. Join a group in your niche or create one yourself. etc....

don't waste time in creating the page, just get a seller to buy some big fan pages which has more than 100k fan's pages.
