its rather hard to tell whats wrong with them when we don't know the average position, what the ads look like and what you're trying to sell

I see you are getting clicks, so they don't stay long in your site at all??
do you have any data on how long they stay in the site?

What kind of keyword matching are you using?
    Make your ads specific
write them for conversion not just clicks.
And of course read up all the google help articles at the adwords blog.

The way you have phrased your post it seems that you are under impression that by 'just running campaign in adwords will make you money'. If its true then you are under gross misconception.

Adwords can only bring you traffic (which it does best), its upto your site to convert traffic in to $$.

The adsense success is in direct coordination with how much a website traffic is targetted for the audiences present at that site.

I get 25 to 30 clicks per day minimum out of around 7000 impressions. The products I promote are 1. Kitchen ware 2. Broadband internet 3. Mp3 music etc.. none of my clicks resulted in sales. I used the key words recommended by the sites I promote.

Is each ad promoting a specific product? If not that could explain the low ctr.

Yea, I'd look at strong calls to action and unique ad headlines/copy. Do some searches on your top impressions key phrases... what is everyone around you using? Sometimes too many folks use the {keyword} tool and all the ads look like crap, and are not compelling.

Second I'd look at making sure you are using good landing pages... group your key phrases by type, send all those type to a related landing page, a/b test the hell out of it and make sure your conversion rocks.

    Just my thoughts,
