    remove that 234x60 ad and put two 250x250 blocks side by side like this:

    <table border="0">
    <tr>
    <td>
    #adsense code
    </td>
    <td>
    #adsense code
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>

    Use light colors, not dark. Try white

    Make the Ad format look the same with your Forum Thread titles:

    Black Title
    Light Grey background

    Also try the 300x250 or 336x280

    You Adsense Mod for Forums dude :)

    make posts in topic pages right under the first post where a lot of clicks happen. YOu can see the adplacement at carforum.org.uk There, In the Topic pages, There is an ad at the top, and an ad after the first post of the topic, and 1 ad can be easily added under the last reply, Client denied.. so i didnt do. But still with this placement, he reports, he gets a lot of clicks.

    As i can see in your forum, it is active, so why dont you rent a person who could do you good? Huh??

    Thanks.

    try to add needed things at you post always, and also try to make the reply to a person who said the point so that others wont get confused :)

    Adsense CTR depends on where your traffic is coming from. If you have majority of them from the search engines, you have high CTR in google adsense. If you just have visitors that are not targeted, you may not have good adsense clicks.

    As much as I hate to say this - click through's are a process, even psychological. You can't just look at the ad, you must look at the picture as a whole ( search engine, traffic, site, end users, etc... ) What that means is: who's visiting your site, why are they visiting, how did they get there, and what do they get once there? You must define it before you can earn it. The ad has to be extremely relevant. It also has to appeal to the users interest in visiting your forum. If they visited strictly to discuss topics, Like I have, then you'll get no clicks. Not One! Most people who join a forum are looking for information and to speak with other people, they have no interest in conversing with an ad. Ad's sell, Stories tell. If I were you I would look into text link ads to optimize your threads. Charge a fee to remove these text link ads from forum member threads if they care, keep them there if they choose to operate for free. Why in the world do you think Digital point offers a premium membership ( there's no real money in forums ) This way you bring extreme relevance to the ads via relevant text, plus it's a great way to earn a few bucks without the process of advertising. If I were an avid forum user and was trying to expose my links and my forum signature i would pay 10 bucks a year to keep the ads out. Just Sayin!

    Just remove the header and footer ads. Use the same ad format but choose the same background and same text colors used the websites and place it below the tread and visible in the reply of the thread, same as DP forums.

    Your niche is good, but if you consider a little more appearance factors for your adsense blocks, you will get more clicks.

    One thing i noticed in the forum is, some of the posts cannot be read easily because of the color schemes. it would be great if you can make everything in a standard color pattern, then your ads will looks good and you will get more clicks.
