dear members can u say i am getting very low cpc in my web site http://indianfunnypicture.com daily 40-50 clicks but my earning only 1 to 1.5 $ plz give me suggestion what i do ??
You have a lot of ads, that's why your ads is so low. Less advertising on the site is the more expensive. Try to remove some of the ads and see the result.
Or (Has this occurred to anyone???) it could well be that not many advertisers are paying a lot for the term 'indian funny picture' ? Could just be me but I really can't see anyone ever paying more than 5c a click if at all. If you wanted to make money with adsense then this was not the keyword/niche to have done it in. Funny pictures shows 5M searches a month, Indian Funny Pictures 33k, I then search on the estimated CPC and as an advertiser you can bid as low as 1-2p (And still get good clicks) but as a publisher that means you will only get around half that. Basically if you are only getting low CPC in your chosen market then there is very little you can do other than choose another niche, the adsense CPC is driven by what people are prepared to pay in Adwords, e.g. You cannot force all Adwords advertisers for your chosen market to pay more. Sorry it would have been faster to just say choose another niche, but the above explains why, hope this helps.
I never heard filtering ads on adsense, adsense only showing related ads with the page content. I agree with Adsenseplr, the term "Indian funny picture" has low cpc, you check on adwords about it. This is why we should research on niche and long tail keywords etc etc before creating a site or deciding what site we want and how much we want to earn. For me, $1 - $1.5 per day is good compared with 50 visits a day. I think if you can drive more traffic to your site then you can earn more. keep your good work.. keep your good work..
my today earning is $0.98 from -1479views- -24clicks -CTR1.62%- my nowadays adsense earning has been lower compared to the past months ago. yes, i knew that the higher CPC depends on where the clicks come from. -- as we both from asia (im indonesia), so the click wont reach $1/click!
