I dont know that it is the right section to post this thread or not.i am 16 years old and a student.someday ago i think that i need to open a site but i have no cradit card and cannot open a paypal account .is there are anyway to creat a paypal accout by bank account or creat a cradit crad???if anyone help me it will very much helpfull for me..plz help out!!!! **i am from india and 16 years.
