I am frustrated by this hosting company

I am being frustrated by this company. See the link here http://www.manashosting.com/. I have a hosting account with them and I host my India based community and discussion board there. The community URL is http://indiaontop.carbargain.biz/

But it has only one problem that it either does not open at all or takes too long a time.
No amount of complaint with them has worked, I am being frustrated by these people.

If anyone of you are planning to host with them, please avoid them. They are number one bas....s. The company URL is here again. http://www.manashosting.com/

If you can suggest me some advice I will be a very happy person.

Why don't you move to some reputed players in the market like dreamhost, bluehost etc.

Comparing canaca.com I find that canaca.com offer very fewer number of mysql. This will not be good if you want to run moderately gig size webs with mysql.

I agree. I like Lunarpages. All my problems were solved by the support team. Sometimes I felt that I asked too much from them but they are very patient about my inquiries.

CGI limits on a shared server can be too small even for a modest forum. If you want to change to another hosting company, check what their CGI limits are (such as CPU Time, Processes, Max Open Files, Memory and other limits) or you may end up being in the same situation you're in right now.

I'd just like to say that is the most annoying design for a hosting company i have seen, and that floating window is just asking me to shoot it!

 

Ya, for me too . Infact they offer webdesigning. Think if this is their best design then what will be their other designs! ho!

Why dont they host on their own server? Coz of downtime ?
