Woke up this morning, saw 25 new sales (usually 1 - 2 per day). And then found out they are all $.01 used book that doesn't pay any commission...
If I were running Amazon, I would have software that watched for stuff like this, and consider it a sort of click fraud. It's a way to raise commission rates on all your other sales. If I were you, I'd contact Amazon.
Look on the bright side, more sales leads to higher commission rate. I think that's the main target. Bring in more sales to increase commission percentage.
Hilarious! That's happened to me many times. I look at the initial stats, see loads of sales, feel excited, then feel heartbroken once I see that all of the sales amount to just pennies! That's why I never assume anything until I see what I actually sold. However, as Ramfir said, at least you are now closer to securing a higher commission rate.
