    Really, im not sure why you are stating this fact here. Yes many editors do not have perm to edit in categories the site they may own would belong. Very common. If you have an internal matter that you would like to discuss, please use the ODP editor forums. :confused:

    Just do what everyone else does, submit to the correct category, ensure it meets the guidelines and wait.
