    i tried 3 times and they never respond and i donot have a website

    Well why do you need to use Neverblue ads. I am sure there are different place you can use to get ads from. Do a site on something that will keep you interested or even start a blog of your own

    What are your interests? What do they have that you are wanting to work on, I agree find something that you enjoy and make a site on that.
