i am confused !! ads next to pictures is against TOS ?

    I am getting confused about the TOS with pictures ..

    one of my sites is wallpapers site, and its shows wallpapers next to adsense ads like this :

    is this agaist adsense tos, because pictures are next to ads ?

    the rule was made because people would put thumbnails or images to make the ads look like content or attract attention to the ads.

    First thing first, never use images that would suggest/trick visitors to click on the google link. For me, I would avoid placing the images too close to the ads but I think the example that you've shown above should be ok since it's quite far away.
