I am confused about google sitemaps , can you help me out

    Hi,

    I ahve a website of about 300 pages, i wanna generate a sitemap of all pages and submit to google. I wanna know that if I generate site map on website http://www.sitemapspal.com/ by entering my homepage url. Is it enough for the whole website, or I have to generate sitemap of each individual page and submit to google ?

    http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/index.php does not generate site map for my site, shows some error has occoured. Please tell me how to make site map for my whole website. Thanx in advance

    Just use a sitemap generator to generate one sitemap for your entire website.

    Just use one of the suggested generators and produce one xml map for all your pages. I've had problems with some generators for some unknown reason. Try: xml-sitemaps.com and auditmypc.com/free-sitemap-generator.asp.

    I would like to know about sitemaps as well.

    If I have html homepage and all other pages are php based. I am using sitemapspal.com, not generating php pages for me.

    So my question is php pages are also included in sitemaps? If yes, which one is the best for that?

    Another question is I have a site based on ASP, Is there any sitemap generator which can list all asp pages? Trying normal sitemap generator gives some urls ..... Is the dynamic asp url's allowed in sitemaps?

    I am glad that other people are facing the same problems .... as it is good to know that I am not the only person suffering ... It good to know when I have company ;)

    i use this online generatorhttp://sitemap.xmlecho(dot)org/sitemap/index.echo and it works good (one of my website have some 1000 sites )

    I think due to some problem of java environment, auditpc does not work here. Although I have updated java runtime environment.
